This License Agreement is entered into between the national Center for Vegetation Cover and Combating Desertification (NCVC), referred to as the "Licensor," and the individual or entity accessing or using the knowledge repository, referred to as the "Licensee." The Licensor and Licensee may be collectively referred to as the "Parties."

(1) Grant of License: The Licensor hereby grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Knowledge repository provided by the Licensor, including any associated documentation or materials, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

(2) Permitted Use: The Licensee may use the Knowledge repository solely for informational purposes. The Licensee may view, download, and print the information for personal or non-commercial use, provided that the Licensor's copyright notice and any other proprietary rights notices are retained.

(3) Restrictions on Use: The Licensee shall not:
a) Reproduce, modify, or create derivative works based on the knowledge repository resources.
b) Sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or otherwise distribute the Knowledge repository to any third party.
c) Use the Knowledge repository for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
d) Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notices contained in the public information service.

(4) Intellectual Property: The Licensor retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the public information service, including all intellectual property rights. This Agreement does not grant the Licensee any ownership or rights to the Knowledge repository except as expressly stated herein.

(5) Disclaimer of Warranty: The Knowledge repository is provided on an "as-is" basis. The Licensor makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the information provided. The Licensor disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

(6) Limitation of Liability: In no event shall the Licensor be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the public information service, even if the Licensor has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

(7) Termination: This Agreement shall remain in effect until terminated by either party. The Licensor may terminate this Agreement immediately if the Licensee breaches any of the terms and conditions herein. Upon termination, the Licensee shall cease all use of the Knowledge repository and destroy any copies of the information in its possession.

(8) Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Saudi Arabia.

(9) Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Licensor and Licensee concerning the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous oral or written agreements and understandings.
By accessing or using the knowledge repository, the Licensee acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
